Add 'request-computer' page to the English site.

Browse source 
This is an initiative to bring 'Komputer beantrage' page from the
main site to the English variant site. This is the minimum changes
to make sure that URLs keep their referential integrity.

# Data protection
### 1. Name and contact details of the controller

## 2. Collection and further processing of personal data incl. type and purpose of use
### 2.1 When visiting the website
When you visit my website, your browser transmits certain information to the server, which in turn could make you identifiable. For example, you or your web browser transmit information such as the IP address assigned by your provider. The problems that can arise from this system-inherent data transmission.
In principle, you cannot prevent this system-related behavior of your browser and you therefore have no choice but to trust that I will handle the transmitted information sensitively. Because - even if it may sound a little trite - the protection of your data is really important to me, I will handle the transmitted information in the best possible way to represent your interests. For this reason, I do not collect, process or use the information provided for analysis, advertising or similar purposes. Rather, I use this information - in accordance with the intention of the law - only for the purpose of maintaining my web services. Once this purpose has been achieved, this information is automatically deleted from the log file immediately. The following information is processed by the web server to provide the service:

I process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to the website
- Evaluation of system security and stability
- For further administrative purposes, such as the identification of orphaned links
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do I use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
Note
The log file is automatically rotated or deleted every morning (every 24 hours) at 6:25 am. All personal data collected by the server will then no longer exist.
### 2.2 Donations
If you send us a donation by bank transfer, we are legally obliged to keep the name and amount of the transfer for the tax office. The transfer data:
- Name
- Intended use
- Posting date
- IBAN
- BIC
- Amount
are automatically recorded by Sparkasse Mainfranken and then form part of the account statement, which we must retain for a statutory retention period of 10 years. At the end of the 10-year period, the account statements are deleted. An objection or a right to erasure of this data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR is not possible, as this would violate the statutory retention period.
### 2.3 The use of our contact address
For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via the e-mail address [info@angestoepselt.de](mailto:info@angestoepselt.de). It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
## 3. Transfer of data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art.6 Para.1 S.1 lit.a GDPR
- The disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data
- There is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR
- This is permitted by law and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR
## 4. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
- Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details
- In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate rectification or completion of your personal data stored by us
- In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
- In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it, we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR
- In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller
- In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, I may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent in the future
- To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace for this purpose

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. ## 6. Data security / data processing
All data processing on this website takes place on a server (hosted by netz-haut GmbH) of Angestöpselt e.V. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational protective measures to make it considerably more difficult for potential attackers to compromise the server.
When you visit this website, an encrypted connection is initiated via the widespread TLS (Transport Layer Security) method in conjunction with the highest encryption level (so-called cipher suite) supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the URL line of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. The measures include, among others:
- Encrypted accessibility via HTTPS based on modern cipher suites (TLS 1.3 / TLS 1.2 with AEAD, PFS and 384-bit ECDSA certificate)
- Content security policy (CSP), e.g. to protect against cross-site scripting
- Complete renunciation of cookies and JavaScript
- No integration of resources from (insecure) third-party sources
- Modern security features such as DNSSEC, OCSP stapling and CAA
- Use of current HTTP security headers such as HSTS, Expect-CT and Referrer-Policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in April 2022.
Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this data protection declaration. You can access and print out the current privacy policy at any time on the website under the link.

All contact information provided by us on this website, including any photos, is expressly for information purposes only or for making contact. In particular, it may not be used for sending advertising, spam or similar. We therefore hereby object to any use of this data for advertising purposes. # Request a computer
You have to answer a few questions so that we can give you a computer. We can then
check the application and get back to you.

## Information and frequently asked questions
It is very easy to get a computer from us. Normally it runs
in three steps:
1. You submit a request via the contact form.

2. We will arrange an appointment with you to collect the device. If no device is directly

3. You will receive a computer from us on the agreed date.
### Who gets a computer?
All persons who can present one of the following documents:
- a certificate of unemployment benefit (Arbeitslosengeldbescheinigung, ALG I)
- certificate of citizen's allowance (Bürgergeld, formerly ALG II / Hartz IV)
- a notice of approval (Bewilligungsbescheid, for refugees)
- certificates from the social welfare office, debt counseling or job center
- certificate from a recognized provider (e.g. Caritas, Diakonie, youth welfare facilities)
- BAföG certificate

- basic income support certificate
- wage statement (Lohnbescheid, maximum of 5 times the standard rate)
